Premium Terms
How Listen's guild-slot-based premium model should behave for subscribers, guilds, manual grants, and vote rewards.
This is a staging draft for product and engineering alignment. It is not final legal advice and should be reviewed before production launch.
Guild-slot premium
Paid Listen Premium plans are guild-slot based. A subscriber can assign premium slots to eligible Discord servers up to the plan limit.
Assigning premium to a server does not grant Discord ownership, moderation rights, or administrative authority over that server.
Stacked grants
Subscription slots, manual grants, and vote grants may overlap. Releasing a subscription slot does not remove independent manual or vote grants.
Vote grants are temporary and may change to protect Listen's voting ecosystem.
