The intended refund promise for paid Listen Premium subscriptions before final legal review.
This is a staging draft for product and engineering alignment. It is not final legal advice and should be reviewed before production launch.
Refund window
Listen intends to support a reasonable refund window, currently planned around 14 days for eligible first-time purchases.
Final policy language must be reviewed before live Stripe payments are enabled.
Abuse exclusions
Refunds may be denied for fraud, repeated refund cycling, chargeback abuse, or policy violations.
Manual grants and vote grants are not paid subscriptions and do not create refund rights.
